Co-Founder & Therapist
(she/her)
I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and over a decade of experience supporting individuals, youth, and families through life’s challenges. I co-founded Superior Therapy and Wellness because I believe in creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
In session, I bring a down-to-earth, compassionate approach. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting, or just feeling stuck—I’ll meet
you where you are with curiosity and care. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where your voice matters, and together we can work toward the changes that feel meaningful to you.
Andrew is a Registered Social Worker and
has spent the past seven years supporting
individuals, couples, and groups as a psychotherapist. He is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether rooted in trauma, addiction, or relationship stress.
Andrew’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. He draws from a wide range of modalities to meet each client where they are, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, Polyvagal Theory, and Psychodrama.

Kaelyn McCallum
Kaelyn is an accredited music therapist and student therapist completing her music psychotherapy internship with Wilfrid Laurier University in her hometown of Thunder Bay. She has experience supporting individuals in the disability community, including neurodivergent children and youth, and pursued psychotherapy training to more fully meet her clients' mental health needs.
Kaelyn's integrative approach weaves music into sessions in whatever way feels right for you, exploring what certain songs bring up, writing music together, or free improvisation.
No musical experience is needed, and traditional talk therapy is always an option.
